Grab Your Whistle is the Level 1 Refereeing Course recognised by the Ladies Gaelic Football Association and all referees who officiate at our games are asked to complete it.

Dealing specifically with the ladies game this 3 day interactive course looks at the specific ladies gaelic rules, gives tips and advice on how to improve refereeing technique and gives nutrition and fitness advice to support our referees.

Grab Your Whistle Level 2 is the Ladies Gaelic Football course for exisiting referees. This course lasts at least 2 and a half hours and can be tailored to meet the needs of each county. Fitness testing and a written test can be included if requested.
